HOW TO GET STARTED

YOUR GUIDE TO DRIVING WIITH BENZI COMPANY

We provide an outstanding rental and lease-purchase program for motivated truckers. Initially, everyone begins with our rental program for the first 12 weeks, after which they have the option to transition into the lease-purchase program.

APPLY TO JOIN OUR PROGRAM

Once you apply, a recruiter will contact you to discuss your preferences and how you'd like to operate. You can apply by clicking the apply button or by calling our office.

APPROVAL PROCESS

After you apply and provide your CDL and medical information, we will run your MVR. If everything is in order, we will move on to the next steps.

CLEARING HOUSE & DRUG TESTING

Once we review your MVR and safety record, we will send a clearinghouse authorization request and arrange drug tests at locations convenient to your zip code.

ARRANGING ORIENTATION

After we receive your drug test results, we'll set up a time for you to attend orientation.

NEW HIRE ORIENTATION

Orientation lasts just one day. By the afternoon, you’ll be in the truck and trailer with a load for that same day. Please bring your documents and enough clothing for at least two weeks.

You can earn $3,000 or more per week after deductions, with annual earnings ranging from $120,000 to $160,000.

We have three requirements:

– Two years of Class A CDL OTR experience
– Ability to travel to all 48 states
– Willingness to be on the road for at least three weeks at a time

We use informed dispatch. When load options are limited, dispatch will ask your preferred destinations. However, there are times when experienced dispatchers must make quick decisions to book a load, and in those cases, refusal is not an option. Frequent cancellations could lead to being placed on brokers’ do-not-load lists.
